So, we have a question or for you Do you have a penchant and a desire to create memorable experiences for guests? Do you believe that delight is in the details? If you are, then here’s a bit more information on who we are and what we are looking for in a Manager: WE HAVE: Hospitality-driven approach to pizza delivery & guest service Passion and obsession for every ingredient Classically-trained Executive Chef and experienced Kitchen Team Above-market rate compensation structures for all team members Career-path advancement Opportunity to manage a team of 4-6 service providers Company ownership opportunities for all team members Diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace environment Complimentary shift meals YOU HAVE: Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, supervising, and mentoring a team of service providers Experience overseeing order management systems (We use Toast) and beverage/equipment supply orders with vendors (beer/wine/soda/ice cream/etc.) Aptitude and desire for evaluating & optimizing process-based logistics (steps of service, operational checklists, etc.) Wired for enthusiasm and optimism Desire to be excellent Servant heart Precise attention to detail Ability to consistently work afternoons & evenings on LOVE PIZZA’S open days of service (Wednesday through Sunday) Mettle and coolness under pressure YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE: Experience in managing restaurant, and, in creating and implementing systems Working knowledge of point-of-sale and delivery software with emphasis on logistics High EQ Experience and love for problem solving LOVE for Pizza WE WANT TO MEET YOU!
